This website describes Complete Consultation, our ride confirmation software for non-emergency medical transportation providers. Product screens shown on this site are illustrations with sample data.

2. Using the software

Use of the software itself is governed by a separate written agreement between us and each customer. Nothing on this website creates that agreement.

3. Text message program

Passengers of our customers who agree to ride reminders receive texts about their scheduled rides. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse this website, interfere with its operation, or use it to send false information.

5. No warranties

This website is provided "as is." Content may change without notice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website.
