This policy explains how CompleteConsultationLLC ("we," "us") handles information on this website and in Complete Consultation, our ride confirmation software for non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) providers.

Information from this website
- This website has no sign-up, no account and no payment form.
- If you request a demo, your email app sends us a message. We use your name, email, phone and message only to reply to you and arrange the demo.
- Our hosting provider may record basic technical data, such as browser type and IP address, to keep the site running and secure.
Information in our software
Transportation providers use Complete Consultation to remind their passengers about scheduled rides by text message and automated phone call. In that role we process passenger information, such as first name, phone number, pickup time and replies, only on behalf of the provider and under a written agreement with them.
- We use passenger information only to deliver ride reminders, record replies and produce trip records for that provider.
- We never use passenger information for marketing, and we never sell it.
- Reminders never include medical details, diagnoses or clinic types.
Text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.
Passengers receive texts only after agreeing with their transportation provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. STOP requests are honored right away.
Service providers
We use a small number of service providers to run the software, such as a text and voice carrier platform and a hosting provider. They may use information only to provide services to us.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards, limit access to people who need it, and keep information only as long as our agreements and the law require.
Your choices
To ask about information we hold about you, email [email protected]. Passengers can also contact their transportation provider directly.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new effective date.
